My series from Chisinau, Moldova was featured on GUP Magazine, and in the #2 2011 issue of Beeld, the bi–annual magazine from Dutch professional photographers association GKf.

What I do

I take candid, unposed photographs of interactions between strangers and their everyday surroundings.
How an apparently everyday moment can become a short story when photographed. How a non–scripted moment looks that odd and meaningful that it looks scripted, but isn't.
I am thrilled when I succeed in doing this.

I do commissioned work

I tend to stay close to my own speciality. However, if you want to hire my specific, odd eye for detail, please get in touch.

Gouden Grijns 2011 nominee

Two of my photos were selected nominees for the Gouden Grijns 2011 Award (the Golden Grin), prize for stimulating the use of humor in Dutch photography.
